MUS-E international artists at work!
International MUS-E artists take you on a creative journey!
During SuperVliegSuperMouche, MUS-E, a network of international artists working in co-creation with young people, will pitch its tent in Forest park. Come and enjoy a varied programme of workshops and performances at CAMPING MUS-E, created and led by 25 artists from the four corners of the world.
The projects you will see have been developed by the artists with children at various schools in Brussels during the weeks and months before the festival.
Visit CAMPING MUS-E in Forest Park from 10am to 7pm on 11th June - our international artists will take you on a creative journey.
Every week since October, artist Patries Wichers has been visiting the Dutch-language primary school ‘De Bron’, in Saint-Gilles, to lead creative and imaginative word-play. Word meanings and associations are brought to life with pictures, photography and music in an installation at CAMPING MUS-E.
Libraries in motion
This school year artist Philippe Cavaleri has developed an image and sound lab with young people in Forest, in collaboration with the local library. For an exclusive preview, visit us at CAMPING MUS-E.
Artist Sophie Vanhomwegen has been working with two classes from Park School in Forest to create huge collective paintings and collages integrating photography, video and audio. See an exhibition of these impressive works at CAMPING MUS-E.
Dancer Jessy Driessens leads movement classes at various schools in Forest, Saint-Gilles and Schaerbeek. During the festival all the participants will be invited to join together in one big performance at CAMPING MUS-E.
